When the team successfully catches the restart. A restart is a drop kick taken from the halfway line after the start of a half, a try, a drop goal, or a penalty goal. The receiving team has won the restart if they catch or control the kick and retain possession immediately afterwards. A controlled tap-back to a teammate counts as won if possession is retained immediately.
