Session data (CSV and XML)

Open the session, click Settings, then the Export tab. Download CSV and Download XML appear there once the analysis is complete. Understanding Your Data covers opening them in Excel, Google Sheets or Sportscode. CSV and XML need full access to the session’s stats. If a session was shared with you as Session only, you can watch it but not export its data. In a governing body account, only admins and coaches can export a governed team’s sessions.

Full session video

The Export tab also has Download MP4. It only works for sessions whose footage came to us from Doubletake. The file is large, so we email you a link. For a session that came from Veo, YouTube, Hudl, Google Drive or a file you uploaded, there is no full-game download; download clips or a presentation instead.

A single clip

  1. Open the session and find the clip in the right-hand sidebar.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) on the clip and choose Download clip.
  3. Trim the start and end if you want, then press Download. Leave the dialog open while the file is prepared.
Clips download as an MP4.

A presentation

A presentation downloads as one MP4 from the download icon in its top right. A presentation longer than 30 minutes cannot be downloaded. See Presentations.

Development plans as PDF

On the Players tab, click the three dots (⋮) on a player’s row and choose Download development plan as PDF. It downloads straight away. Coaches and admins also have Download all players development plans under the three dots (⋮) at the top of the page. It zips a PDF for every player currently showing in the list, so filter first if you only want some, and emails you a link. If you do not see these options, they are not available on your account.

What does not exist

  • A spreadsheet of the whole player database or the team database.
  • A per-player CSV. Player data is in the session CSV.
  • An export of the player comparison page.
  • PowerPoint or Keynote export of a presentation.
  • A PDF of a session’s stats.
  • A downloadable definitions document. The Definitions pages are the reference.
To work with the data in your own tools, connect an AI assistant to your account.
