How we decide
Connect a footage source once and we watch it for you. Every few hours we look for new footage and check each new video against the rules you set. On Custom rules, the mode every club starts on, we analyse the ones that match. We only take a video that holds one full game. The other two modes are under Permissions below. On Custom rules, nothing is analysed unless it matches a rule and holds one full game. Footage we leave alone stays in your source untouched, and you can still upload it yourself whenever you want.Your rules
A rule names one of your teams. Go to Settings → Automatic Uploads and add a rule for each team whose footage you want analysed. Add one rule per team you want covered. A club filming its 1st XV and its colts adds two rules, and footage for any other team is left alone.Rules describe the footage you want, not the footage you don’t. There is nothing to exclude: anything you haven’t asked for is left alone by default.
One full game per video
We only analyse a video that holds a whole match. A recording that stops at half time, a second half saved as its own video, a highlights clip or a training session is skipped, even when it matches a rule. Automatic uploads cannot join two videos into one session. If your camera split a match into halves, upload it yourself. Go to Sessions → New Session, upload the halves, and we merge them into one session so you only pay for one match.Permissions
Settings → Automatic Uploads has a Permissions choice with three modes. Custom rules is the default.Ask every time
Choose Ask every time and every new video becomes a question. Each coach and admin of the club gets one email and one WhatsApp naming the video, with two links: Start the analysis and Skip this game. Either link opens the game, so you can check it before you confirm. Nothing is analysed and no credits are spent until somebody presses Start. A skipped game is left alone, and we never ask about it again. A started session counts as uploaded by the coach who pressed Start, so their notifications and the club’s usage page name them. To stop the messages, change Permissions back to Custom rules or Upload everything.When it runs
We check your connected source every few hours, so a session filmed on Saturday is usually found the same day. We start from the day you connect. Footage that was already sitting in your source is not analysed, so connecting a source never spends your credits on last season’s games. Upload any of those yourself whenever you want.If nothing has been analysed
Four things stop a matching session being picked up:- Automatic uploads are paused. Check the Pause row on Settings → Automatic Uploads and press Resume.
- You’re still on a free trial. Automatic uploads start once your subscription does. Upload sessions yourself in the meantime.
- The footage was already there when you connected. We only take footage that arrives after you connect.
- The video is not one full game. A match filmed in two halves, a highlights clip or a training session is skipped. Upload it yourself and we merge the halves for you.
If we analyse the wrong session
You get a full refund. If a mistake on our side analyses footage that doesn’t match your rules, we refund the cost of that analysis, no questions asked. Contact support@framesports.ai and we’ll sort it.What happens after a match
Your Analysis Settings decide how a matched session is handled: the turnaround you’ve chosen, whether we wait for an off-peak window before starting, and whether we analyse both sides of the match. Change them any time on Settings → Automatic Uploads.What it costs
A session we analyse automatically is paid for in credits, the same as a session you upload yourself, at the cost set by your Analysis Settings. On Custom rules and Upload everything you do not confirm each one: your rules are the confirmation. On Ask every time nothing is spent until a coach presses Start. If you would rather decide each game yourself, choose Ask every time under Permissions on Settings → Automatic Uploads. We still find every new video, and we ask before we analyse any of it. Yes, on Custom rules and Upload everything. Every new game that matches is analysed automatically and paid for in credits, at the cost set by your Analysis Settings, without you confirming each one. On Ask every time nothing is spent until a coach presses Start. Footage that was already in your source when you connected is never analysed, so a connected Veo or Hudl account never spends credits on last season’s games.

Yes. Choose Ask every time under Permissions on Settings → Automatic Uploads. Each new video reaches your coaches and admins by email and WhatsApp with Start the analysis and Skip this game links, and nothing is analysed until somebody presses Start. On Custom rules your rules are the approval, and if we analyse a session that does not match them, you get a full refund.
