Getting Started
Framesports makes it easy to get your club up and running. Start by signing up at app.framesports.ai. You’ll set up your club name, connect a video source, and choose a plan during onboarding.Demo Mode
Until you upload your first full session, your account starts in demo mode:- Pre-loaded with demo footage and data so you can see how everything works
- Follow the demo wizard to get a guided tour of each feature
- Includes a public URL that requires no sign-in, making it easy to share with coaches or committee members before they’ve created an account
- Disappears automatically once your first full session has finished processing (10-minute demo analyses do not remove demo mode)
Inviting Coaching Staff and Users
To invite your coaching staff or other users to the platform:- Go to Settings → Account Users
- Click Invite Users
- Choose how to invite them:
- Join Link: copy a shareable link, send it via WhatsApp, or display the QR code for people to scan. Use the Add Players / Add Coaches toggle to set what role they’ll get when they join.
- Direct Invite: enter their email addresses to send an invite directly.

Signing up your players to Framesports is easy:- Go to Settings → Account Users
- Click Invite Users
- Choose how to invite them:
- Join Link: copy a shareable link, send it via WhatsApp, or display the QR code for people to scan. Use the Add Players toggle to set their role when they join.
- Direct Invite: enter their email addresses to send an invite directly.
User Roles and Permissions
Each person you invite can be assigned a role:- Admin: full access including billing and settings
- Coach: can view all sessions, stats, analysis, and players, and can edit events
- Player: can view their own stats and clips
Promoting a User to Admin
- Go to Settings → Account Users
- Click Edit next to the user’s name
- Change their role to Admin
Removing a User
- Go to Settings → Account Users
- Click Edit next to their name
- Remove them from the account
Deleting Users
- Go to Settings and then Users.
- Click Edit next to the user.
- Scroll down and click Delete User.
Restoring Admin Access
- Check who the other admins are on your account in Settings → Account Users.
- Ask one of them to restore your role. This is the fastest way.
- If there are no other admins, contact support@framesports.ai (slower).
Changing Your Phone Number
- Go to Settings → Personal Settings
- Update the text in the phone number field
- Save your changes. Your new phone number will be used for all future notifications.

- Go to Settings → Personal Settings
- Update the text in the email field
- Save your changes. Your new email will be used for login and all future communications.
Changing Your Password
- Sign out of your account
- Go to app.framesports.ai and press Sign In
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address and wait for the password reset email
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password

- Wait 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it’s still not there, email us at support@framesports.ai and we’ll help you get back in.
