Framesports makes it easy to get your club up and running. Start by signing up on the website — you’ll set up your club name, connect a video source, and choose a plan during onboarding. Your account comes pre-loaded with a demo game so you can explore the platform immediately. Once your account is live, invite your coaching staff by going to Settings → Account Users and entering their email addresses. Each person you invite can be assigned a role: Admin (full access including billing and settings), Coach (can view all games, stats, and analysis), or Player (can view their own stats and clips).

Managing Roles and Access

Admins have full control over the account, including managing billing, inviting new members, and changing user roles. If you need to promote someone to admin, navigate to Settings → Account Users and update their role. Only existing admins can make this change. To remove someone from your account, find them in the Account Users list and remove them. They’ll lose access immediately, though their historical data remains in the system. If you’ve accidentally lost admin access and there are no other admins on the account, contact the Framesports support team to have your access restored.

Your account comes pre-loaded with a demo game (a sample Rotterdam match) so you can explore every feature — stats, player profiles, clips, social media graphics — without uploading anything. Once you upload and analyse your first real game, the demo data is automatically removed.
Go to Settings → Account Users and send an invitation by entering your colleague’s email address. They’ll receive an email with a link to join your account. You can assign them as a Coach (can view everything) or Admin (can also manage billing and account settings).
Framesports has several user roles:
  • Admin — full access to everything including billing, account settings, and user management. Can invite new members and change roles.
  • Coach — can view all games, stats, players, and analysis. Cannot access billing or change account settings.
  • Player — can view their own stats, clips, IDP, and highlight reels. Cannot see other players’ individual data or team admin features.
Go to Settings → Account Users, find the person, and change their role to Admin. Only existing admins can promote others to admin.
If you’re locked out of admin, ask another admin on your account to re-assign your role. If there are no other admins, contact us with your account email and we’ll restore your access.
Go to Settings → Account Users, find the person, and remove them. They’ll lose access to your team’s data immediately. If they had a player account, their historical stats remain in the system but they can no longer log in to view them through your account.
