Player IDP Overview

The Individual Development Programme (IDP) is an AI-powered training recommendation system available within Player View under Your Coach. It analyses a player’s recent match statistics, identifies their key strength or biggest area for improvement, and creates a personalised training plan with specific drills for the week and recommended matchday goals for their next match. The IDP regenerates approximately every 5–7 days, or after a new session is analysed. Each plan is based on the player’s most recent match data, so recommendations evolve as performance changes.

Finding a Player’s IDP

  1. Click in the top left corner of the screen and switch to Player View. If you have admin access, you can then select a player.
  2. Click Your Coach. This brings you to the AI assistant coaching and player IDP section.

Editing Player Skills and Goals

If you’re a coach or admin of an account, you can edit what’s in a player’s IDP by doing the following:
  1. Click in the top left of your screen to switch from Coach view to Player View.
  2. Click Your Coach to access the IDP.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to each of the player’s 6 goals to edit them.
