You pick the turnaround when you upload; automatic uploads use the turnaround set under Settings → Automatic Uploads. Standard is usually back within 36 hours. The turnaround step of the upload wizard shows the faster options and when each would be back.Leaving Your Computer On
Finish the wizard first. The file uploads in the background while you fill in the other steps. Once the bar at the bottom says Upload complete and you have pressed Start analysis (or Schedule analysis) you can close the laptop.Checking Analysis Progress
- Click on a session while it’s processing.
- If your raw video footage isn’t ready yet, the screen will show the expected return time.
- If the raw video footage is there but the analysis isn’t ready yet, look in the top right corner of your screen for the green Analysing badge and tap it. It should give you the expected return time of the data collection.
Expected Return Time Fluctuations
The expected return time is an estimate and moves with the queue. If a session has shown Analysing for longer than the turnaround you picked, check the video plays in the session: analysis only starts once the footage has downloaded and we’ve checked it plays, so a Veo, YouTube, Hudl or Google Drive link that hasn’t come through yet holds it up. Training sessions aren’t analysed. If the footage plays, Contact us in the app (the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and we will look at it.Collected Statistics

- Opening the left-hand sidebar.
- Clicking through the data points.
