Browser Requirements

Framesports relies on modern web features for:
  • video playback and HLS streaming
  • interactive clipping and analysis tools
  • presentations and drawings
  • screen and audio recording
  • smoother navigation, dialogs, and responsive overlays
Older browsers can still load parts of the site, but some workflows may be unreliable or unavailable. For the best experience, use the latest version of:

Updating on iPhone or iPad

Browsers on iPhone and iPad use Apple’s browser engine, so updating iOS or iPadOS is what matters most.
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to General.
  3. Press Software Update.
  4. Install the latest available update.
If you use Safari, it updates with iOS. If you use Chrome or another browser on iPhone, update that app from the App Store as well.

Updating Safari on Mac

Safari updates through macOS.
  1. Open System Settings.
  2. Go to General.
  3. Press Software Update.
  4. Install the latest macOS update available for your device.

Updating Chrome

On Windows or Mac

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Press the three-dot menu.
  3. Go to Help.
  4. Press About Google Chrome.
  5. Let Chrome update, then relaunch it.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Google Chrome.
  3. Press Update if it appears.

Updating Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Press the three-dot menu.
  3. Go to Help and feedback.
  4. Press About Microsoft Edge.
  5. Let Edge update, then relaunch it.

Updating Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Press the menu button.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. In General, scroll to Firefox Updates.
  5. Install any available update and relaunch.

If Your Video Won’t Play

If footage won’t load or play — or it plays on one device (like your phone) but not another (like your laptop) — work through these steps:
  1. Update your browser to the latest version using the links above. This resolves the large majority of playback issues.
  2. Refresh the page, or do a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
  3. Check the analysis has finished. If the session is still processing, the video may not be ready yet — open the session to see the expected return time.
  4. Disable ad blockers or browser extensions for the Framesports site, then reload. These can occasionally block the video player from loading.
  5. Try a different browser from the recommended list above, or an incognito/private window.
  6. Check your internet connection — streaming high-quality match footage needs a stable connection.
If video still won’t play after trying these, email support@framesports.ai and let us know your device, browser, and the session you’re trying to watch.

Older Devices

If your device no longer receives browser or operating system updates:
  • the site may still partially work
  • video playback, presentations, or recording may fail
  • interface elements such as dialogs and overlays may behave inconsistently
If your device supports it, we recommend installing Google Chrome, which often continues supporting older devices longer than some other browsers.
