User Roles and Permissions

Each person you invite can be assigned a role:
  • Admin: full access including billing and settings
  • Coach: can view all sessions, stats, and players, and can edit and manage sessions
  • Member: view-only — can see sessions and stats but can’t edit or manage them

Managing User Permissions

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open the Users page.
  3. Select a user to change their role (Admin, Coach, or Member).

Restricting Player Stat Visibility

Yes, here’s how:
  1. Go to Settings → Permissions.
  2. Turn on Players can only view their own stats.

Restricting Coach View Access

Yes:
  1. Go to Settings → Permissions.
  2. Turn on Hide coach view from members.

Disabling Automated Messages

Yes, here’s how:
  1. Go to Settings → Users.
  2. Select a user and press Edit next to them.
  3. Untick the boxes for Receive automated WhatsApp and Receive automated emails.
