User Roles and Permissions

Each person you invite can be assigned a role:
  • Admin: full access including billing and settings
  • Coach: can view all sessions, stats, and players, and can edit and manage sessions
  • Member: view-only — can see sessions and stats but can’t edit or manage them
Player is not a role you assign. It appears on Settings → Users when a member is linked to a player on a teamsheet, and they land on their own player dashboard (clips, stats and profile) when they sign in. Roles apply to the whole account: a coach sees every team, and cannot be limited to one team or age group.

Managing User Permissions

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open the Users page.
  3. Select a user to change their role (Admin, Coach, or Member).

The Permissions page

Settings → Permissions has four tick boxes that apply to everyone on the account. Coaches and admins can tick or untick them, then press Save.
  • Players can only view their own stats: players cannot see each other’s stats.
  • Players cannot view teams tab: hides the Teams tab from members.
  • Disable WhatsApp comment notifications: stops the WhatsApp sent when someone is @mentioned in a comment. Other WhatsApps are not affected.
  • Ask players for their height and weight: players are asked right after they join, before they can use the app; the readings show in your player database.

Notifications

Each person sets their own under Settings → Notifications; admins cannot change them for others. Tick or untick Email and WhatsApp, then pick from each dropdown.
  • Footage uploaded: Don’t notify me about new footage uploaded, Notify me but only about footage I uploaded or Notify me about all footage uploaded to my account.
  • Stats ready: Don’t notify me about new stats being ready or Notify me about any games that have stats ready.
Accounts sharing games with a governing body or competition also see Notify me but only about footage for my club’s games and Notify me but only about my club’s games (not opposition games). Press Save.

Yes. Settings → Permissions, tick Players can only view their own stats and press Save.
