What roles and permissions can each user have?
Each person you invite can be assigned a role:- Admin: full access including billing and settings
- Coach: can view all sessions, stats, analysis, and players, and can edit events
- Player: can view their own stats and clips
Where can I go to manage user permissions?
- Go to Account Settings.
- Go to the Users page.
- Click Edit Permissions.
Can I stop players from being able to see other players’ stats?
Yes, here’s how:- Go to Account Settings.
- Go to the Users tab and click Edit Permissions.
- Press Players can’t view other players’ stats.
Can I stop players from being able to access Coach View?
Yes:- Go to Account Settings.
- Go to the Users tab and click Edit Permissions.
- Select Players cannot access Coach View.
Can I stop users from receiving automated messages via email and WhatsApp?
Yes, here’s how:- Go to Account Settings and Users.
- Select a user and press Edit next to them.
- Untick the boxes for Receive automated WhatsApp and Receive automated emails.
