Link a player to a user (coach or admin)
- Go to Players in Coach view.
- Click the red cross on the player’s row, or open the row’s ⋯ menu and choose Link to a user.
- Search by name, or paste an email address.
- Choose the person, then click Link player.
See who is linked, on the Players page
Go to Players in Coach view. Every row shows where that player stands:- A green tick means that player is linked to a user. Hover it to see who.
- An amber mail icon means someone has been invited and hasn’t accepted yet — “Invited · waiting for them to accept”. Nothing more is needed from you until they do.
- A red cross means nobody is attached, so that person gets no clips, stats or messages.
Link yourself (any member)
You do not need a coach for this:- Go to Settings → Personal.
- Open the Player field and pick yourself from your club’s players.
- Click Save.
Set it from the Users page (admin)
Settings → Users approaches the same link from the person’s side rather than the player’s. Each member’s row reads Linked to <player name> or Not linked to a player, and clicking the row opens their details, where an admin can set which player they are (and that player’s playing position). It saves with Save details, along with any other change on the panel. The Player role badge is about permissions and is not the same thing as being linked to a player. A member can have either without the other, which is why a row can read Player and Not linked to a player at the same time.
