22m entry
When the team crosses the opposition’s 22m line with possession of the ball (for example, via a carry or a lineout after a penalty).
Also called “Visits to 22”. Any time Team A gains possession of the ball beyond Team B’s 22m line, it is coded as a 22m entry for Team A. Entries can happen through open play, kick returns, or set pieces.
The related stat Points Per Entry (PPE) measures how well teams convert scoring-zone access into actual points.
