When a player wins a turnover by stealing the ball cleanly at the breakdown, with no penalty awarded. In games, this is coded as “Opp Turnover Lost With No Penalty”.
Usually from a counter-ruck (the defending team drives the attacking team off the ball once the ruck has formed). A jackal turnover that happens before a ruck is formed is handled separately and is not counted here.
