One Framesports account is designed to manage multiple teams within your club. When you upload a game or training session and enter the team name, we automatically collate it as separate data — so your 1st XV, 2nd XV, Colts, and Women’s teams all have their own stats, players, and games within the same account. You don’t need a separate Framesports subscription for each team. If you prefer fully separate accounts with independent billing and admin, you can set that up — but it’s not required.

How Multi-Team Works

When you create a new game, enter the team name (e.g. “1st XV”, “Colts”, “Women’s”). Framesports automatically groups games, stats, and players by team name. Coaches can view and manage all teams from a single account.

Players Across Teams

Players only need to sign up to Framesports once. They join each team’s account separately using that team’s unique join link and can switch between teams in the app. Stats are tracked separately per team, so 1st XV stats won’t mix with academy stats.

Switching Accounts

Click on your account name in the top navigation bar to see all accounts you have access to and switch between them. If you encounter an error when switching, try logging out and back in, verifying your join link, or clearing your browser cache.

Click on your account name in the top navigation bar. You’ll see a list of all accounts you have access to. Click on the one you want to switch to — all your games, players, and stats will update to that team’s data.

This usually happens if:
  1. Session issue — try logging out and back in, then switching teams.
  2. Account not properly linked — make sure you’ve joined the team using their specific join link.
  3. Browser cache — clear your browser cache or try an incognito/private window.
