This usually happens for one of these reasons:
- Name mismatch — the player signed up with a different name than what’s in your player database (e.g. they used “Matt” but you have them as “Matthew”). We can merge the records.
- Wrong account — the player may have signed up to a different team’s account. Check that they used the correct join link for your specific team.
- Email already in use — if they see “email already in use,” it means they already have a Framesports account. They need to log in with their existing credentials and then join your team using the join link.

Contact us with the current account email and the correct player name. We’ll update the account name and re-link the stats so everything appears under the right player. This is a quick fix that takes less than an hour.
