Framesports integrates directly with WhatsApp to keep players engaged after every match. Once a game is analysed, each player automatically receives a WhatsApp message containing all of their post-match clips — tackles, carries, tries, and more — with a link to view them in the browser. Players are also notified on WhatsApp when a coach @mentions them on the platform, so they never miss feedback or callouts. No app download is required — everything is delivered straight to the player’s phone.

Custom Clips

You can create custom clips from any game by going to the Clips section and clicking Create Custom Clip. Select a start and end time, give the clip a name, and save. Custom clips are useful for team meetings, review sessions, or sharing specific moments.

Highlight Reels

Go to a player’s profile and click Highlights to access a 3-step wizard for building highlight reels. Select which games and events to include, and the system compiles them into a single video. You can choose the format (portrait, landscape, or square) and download or share the finished reel.

Framesports automatically generates subtitles (VTT format) for clips that include the player’s name and the event type, displayed as overlay text on the video.

  • Spelling differences (e.g. “Oliver” in the database but “Ollie” on their account)
  • Nicknames vs full names
  • The player’s phone number being entered correctly (must start with + and include country code)
In the player list, you’ll see a green dot next to players who are correctly linked and receiving clips, and a red dot next to those who aren’t. If you see a red dot, the name or phone number needs correcting — contact us and we’ll fix it.
