I have multiple Veo accounts — how do I connect the right one?
I have multiple Veo accounts — how do I connect the right one?
Make sure you’re entering the email and password for the specific Veo account that contains the footage you want analysed. If you have separate Veo accounts for different teams, you’ll need to connect each one to the corresponding Framesports team account. If the system connects to the wrong Veo account, disconnect it in Settings → Connected Accounts and reconnect with the correct credentials.
Framesports picked the wrong game from my Veo account. What do I do?
Framesports picked the wrong game from my Veo account. What do I do?
If the wrong footage was selected for analysis, you can manually specify the correct video. Go to your game, click Edit, and paste the direct Veo link to the correct recording. If a game was already analysed using the wrong footage and you were charged a credit, contact us and we’ll issue a full refund and re-analyse the correct game at no extra cost.
How do I connect Hudl?
How do I connect Hudl?
Upload or share your Hudl footage link. If you see an “account blocked” error, you’ll need to unblock Framesports access in your Hudl settings, then retry the connection. For private or restricted videos, use the manual link submission instead of the direct integration.
Can I use YouTube or Google Drive instead?
Can I use YouTube or Google Drive instead?
Yes. For YouTube, your video must be set to Public or Unlisted (not Private). Simply paste the YouTube URL when creating a new game. For Google Drive, share the video file or folder with Framesports and paste the sharing link. If your video is very large (over 1.8GB), it may take longer to process.
