How Credits Work (Default Plans)

A match analysis credit (sometimes called a “token”) is what you use to pay for game analysis:
  • 1 credit = individual player data from one team + team-level data from both teams. This gives you detailed per-player stats for your own team, plus overall team statistics for both sides.
  • 2 credits = individual player data from both teams + team-level data from both teams. Useful for scouting the opposition.
Most clubs use 1 credit per game. Demo games cost zero credits.

How Credits Work (Governing Body Plans)

Your team may fall under a custom credit plan negotiated by your governing body. The specific credit pricing for your account can be viewed by going to Settings → Billing if you’re an account admin.

Credit Expiry and Sharing

Credits purchased as part of a season pass carry over between seasons, with a standard expiry period of approximately 2 years. Credits are tied to individual team accounts — for multi-team credit sharing, contact support@framesports.ai to arrange a multi-team billing setup.

Most clubs use 1 credit per game, which gives you full individual stats for your own players and team-level stats for both sides. Use 2 credits only if you specifically need individual opposition player analysis (e.g. for scouting purposes).
No. The initial demo (10-minute analysis) costs zero credits. You only use credits when you submit a full game for analysis.
Credits are used each time a game is submitted for analysis. Check your game history to see if any games were auto-uploaded and analysed (if you have auto uploads enabled). If you believe credits were used incorrectly, contact us and we’ll review and refund if there’s been an error.
