Uploading a game for analysis is straightforward. Click New Game from your dashboard, choose your video source, paste or select the link to your footage, fill in the match details (team names, date, competition), and submit. Our analysts will begin processing your footage.

How Long Does Analysis Take?

Standard analysis takes 12–24 hours. Once complete, the platform automatically calculates statistics, generates highlight clips, creates social media content, and builds individual player profiles.

Uploading Older Games

There’s no time limit on how old footage can be. You can backdate games by entering the correct match date when creating a new game — analyse footage from earlier in the season or even previous seasons.

Corrections

If you spot an error in the analysis after it’s complete, there are two ways to resolve it quickly:
  1. Request an edit — go to a game, open the Events tab (on the right-hand side on desktop, or at the bottom on mobile), and press the three dots next to any event to request a correction. This gives us instant feedback to improve our processes and ensures we can resolve problems quickly. Players also have this button when they receive their post-match clips through the WhatsApp integration.
  2. Manual player ID editing — from the same three-dot menu on any event, account admins can manually edit the player identification, which instantly updates the event and all associated stats.

Yes. You can backdate games by pressing New Game and entering the correct match date. Then paste the video URL and submit as normal. There’s no time limit on how old the footage can be — you can analyse games from earlier in the season or even previous seasons.
Yes. When creating a new game, the Video Duration step lets you choose between Full Video or Part of Video. Select Part of Video and enter the start and end times (hours and minutes) for the game you want analysed. Framesports will only analyse the portion of video within that time range, so you don’t need to clip the video yourself beforehand.
Standard analysis takes 12–24 hours. If you’ve set up auto uploads through Veo, the process starts automatically once your footage is available, which can speed things up. For urgent turnaround (same-day or within a few hours), contact us and we’ll do our best to prioritise your game.
