Framesports sends notifications to keep you informed about important events. Notifications are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email depending on your settings.

Managing Preferences

Go to your account settings to toggle WhatsApp and email notifications on or off. You can choose to receive both, just one, or neither. Coaches managing multiple teams can customise which teams send notifications.

WhatsApp Setup

For WhatsApp notifications to work, your phone number must start with + followed by your country code (e.g. +44 for UK, +61 for Australia). WhatsApp must be installed and active on the registered number. If messages are delayed more than 2 hours, contact the team.

Check the following:
  1. Phone number format — your phone number must start with + followed by your country code (e.g. +44 for UK, +61 for Australia).
  2. WhatsApp active — make sure WhatsApp is installed and active on the phone number you registered.
  3. Correct number — verify the phone number in your profile matches your WhatsApp number.
  4. Delivery delay — WhatsApp messages can sometimes be delayed by a few minutes. If it’s been more than 2 hours, contact us.
Yes. You can turn off specific notification types in your settings. For coaches managing multiple teams, you can customise which teams send you notifications and which don’t.
