# Privacy and Safeguarding

> Who can see footage, what players receive, keeping juniors off the account, and deleting your data.

## Who can see your footage

People signed in to your account see sessions at the level their role allows (see [Permissions](/support/permissions)). Other accounts see a session when it is in a competition (every team in it can see it) or your account is under a governing body. The **Who can see this** list on a session's **Settings → Sharing** tab shows every account with access.

Some links open without signing in.

* The share link on the same **Sharing** tab. Untick **Show individual player statistics** and click **Save Sharing Settings** to limit it to team stats.
* **Copy share link** in a presentation's **three dots** (⋮) menu.
* The **Demo Link** on a demo account.
* The link in each player's clips message (see below).

We see your footage while it is analysed.

## What players receive

After a match is analysed, every player on the teamsheet with a phone number or email on file, and notifications switched on, gets a WhatsApp or email with a link to a video of their involvements. That link opens without signing in.

A player who has signed up switches these messages off under **Settings → Notifications** (see [Permissions](/support/permissions#notifications)). For a player who has not signed up, ask us through **Contact us** in the app (the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar) to remove the phone number and email from their player record.

## Junior players and age-grade rules

There is no setting that hides video from players who are signed in. If age-grade rules do not allow players to be sent footage, do not invite them to the account or add contact details for them. The teamsheet only holds jersey numbers and names. Coaches still get every clip and stat. Share a presentation link or a downloaded clip with a parent instead.

## Deleting your data

Ask us through **Contact us** in the app or email [support@framesports.ai](mailto:support@framesports.ai) from the address on your account, and say what you want deleted.

## Our policies
