# Permissions

> Understanding user roles and permissions in Framesports.

## User Roles and Permissions

Each person you invite can be assigned a role:

* **Admin**: full access including billing and settings
* **Coach**: can view all sessions, stats, and players, and can edit and manage sessions
* **Member**: view-only — can see sessions and stats but can't edit or manage them

## Managing User Permissions

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Open the **Users** page.
3. Select a user to change their role (Admin, Coach, or Member).

## Restricting Player Stat Visibility

Yes, here's how:

1. Go to **Settings → Permissions**.
2. Turn on **Players can only view their own stats**.

## Restricting Coach View Access

Yes:

1. Go to **Settings → Permissions**.
2. Turn on **Hide coach view from members**.

## Disabling Automated Messages

Yes, here's how:

1. Go to **Settings → Users**.
2. Select a user and press **Edit** next to them.
3. Untick the boxes for **Receive automated WhatsApp** and **Receive automated emails**.
