# Getting Help

> Where to contact us in the app, our email address, and how to stop messages from us.

## Contact us

Open the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Under **Support**, choose **Contact us** and a chat with support opens. The same menu has **Documentation** (this site) and **Request a feature**.

The **three dots** (⋮) at the top right of the page also has **Contact Support** and **Request a feature**. It is not shown on the game page itself.

You can also email [support@framesports.ai](mailto:support@framesports.ai). If you are not sure a message is from us, forward it there.

## Ask Framesports

The **Ask Framesports** button sits in the bar along the bottom of the app, at the right. It answers questions about your own sessions, players and stats; see [Ask AI Assistant](/sessions/ask-ai-assistant). Each answer has a **Contact support** link under it. People viewing a shared link do not see the button.

## Stopping messages

The unsubscribe link in an email from us and the **Email** switch under **Settings → Notifications** both stop product and marketing email, including post-match clips and stats-ready emails. Emails about your account, such as invitations and security emails, still arrive. To stop only the marketing and check-in messages, reply to the message and ask, or email [support@framesports.ai](mailto:support@framesports.ai).

Reply **STOP** to a text or WhatsApp and we stop messaging that number on both, including post-match clips. The **WhatsApp** switch under **Settings → Notifications** covers the app's WhatsApp notifications; see [Permissions](/support/permissions) for what each notification setting does.
