# Involvements

The total count of every coded action a player has across their selected sessions — carries, tackles, passes, ruck arrivals, kicks, offloads, infringements, and so on. Surfaces on the player database as the Work Rate Total column; dividing it by minutes played gives Work Rate / min (see Work Rate).
