# Permissions

> Understanding user roles and permissions in Framesports.

## User Roles and Permissions

Each person you invite can be assigned a role:

* **Admin**: full access including billing and settings
* **Coach**: can view all sessions, stats, analysis, and players, and can edit events
* **Player**: can view their own stats and clips

## Managing User Permissions

1. Go to **Account Settings**.
2. Go to the **Users** page.
3. Click **Edit Permissions**.

## Restricting Player Stat Visibility

Yes, here's how:

1. Go to **Account Settings**.
2. Go to the **Users** tab and click **Edit Permissions**.
3. Press **Players can't view other players' stats**.

## Restricting Coach View Access

Yes:

1. Go to **Account Settings**.
2. Go to the **Users** tab and click **Edit Permissions**.
3. Select **Players cannot access Coach View**.

## Disabling Automated Messages

Yes, here's how:

1. Go to **Account Settings** and **Users**.
2. Select a user and press **Edit** next to them.
3. Untick the boxes for **Receive automated WhatsApp** and **Receive automated emails**.
