# Annotations, Commenting & Groups

> How to annotate and comment on presentations in Framesports.

## Drawing and Annotating on Clips

Drawing or annotating on clips should be easy to access by doing the following:

1. Create or access an existing presentation by following the steps in [Creating a Presentation](/1.0/sessions/presentations#creating-a-presentation).
2. Open a video slide.
3. Click **Draw** in the top left corner of your video slide to freeze the video on a specific frame and draw on that frame.

<Note>Learn how to make a custom clip [here](/1.0/sessions/watching-and-clipping#adding-custom-clips).</Note>

## Available Drawing Tools

A range of drawing tools are available. Follow the steps in [Drawing and Annotating on Clips](#drawing-and-annotating-on-clips) above to try them yourself.

## Groups

Groups are an essential part of communication via Framesports. Groups can be managed under the **Groups** tab in Settings and allow you to create custom groups of users, for example: back row, forwards, coaches, players, etc.

Whenever you @mention a group in comments, it will notify all members of that group and show them what you've mentioned them in.

## Managing Group Members

1. Go to **Settings** and click on the **Groups** tab.
2. Click **Add Users** or click next to an existing group member to remove them.

## @Mention Notifications

Users or groups get notified in 3 ways when you mention them:

1. **WhatsApp notification**: users will get sent an automated WhatsApp with whatever you sent them.
2. **Email**: users will receive an email with whatever you sent them.
3. **In-app notification**: users will receive a popup notification within their Framesports app in their notification bell.

## Commenting

Commenting is an essential part of the collaborative review process that Framesports enables. This can be done by:

1. Opening a presentation.
2. Clicking the comments icon in the top right corner.
3. @mentioning a user or group of users.
